For a funky and lively way to spend your weekend and help out a great cause, look no further than Carnaval on the Mile. The festival, which will take place Saturday and Sunday, March 2nd and 3rd, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., is a multicultural experience, with art including sculpture, photography, fine art, and crafts and jewelry from over 120 of the best artists in Miami. There will be three different stages with various genres, including Jazz, Hip Hop, World and New Orleans Soul. Not to mention, there will be amazing food from restaurants like Bread & Butter, Cibo Wine Bar, Fritz and Franz Bierhaus, and Seasons 52. There will also be a Sidewalk Sale, which features sales from 20-75% off at participating shops on Miracle Mile. Admission is free, but funds raised at Carnaval on the Mile will support the Kiwanis Club of Little Havana, which sponsors projects and programs for children in the area. Come out, have a great time and support a fantastic organization for our local little ones!
