Will Crawl for Food

You know when you and your friends are trying to decide where to eat and you spend half an hour naming places to just end up in your regular spot? We’ve all been there; we know it’s typically hard finding a restaurant everyone can agree on. That’s when restaurant hopping seems like the ideal solution. Enter Dishcrawl.

Dishcrawl Miami offers both a social and culinary experience they like to call a “food adventure.” Instead of visiting the usual UM hotspots, Dishcrawl will expand your options by hosting tastings at four different restaurants.

Each “crawl” is centered around a specific dish or location. Past crawls include an eclectic food tour of Coconut Grove and a quick taste of Brickell. The meeting location is announced via email 48 hours in advance but the four restaurants are kept a secret until you actually arrive at the doors. All restaurant locations are walking distance so forget about traffic for a night and keep your mind on your taste buds.

Tuesday’s event is the Taco Crawl based in restaurants by Miami Beach. The meeting location is Yuca on Lincoln Road at 8p.m. If you’re a fan of tacos and want to learn a bit about Miami’s growing culinary scene, the tickets are $25. But hurry, space is limited.

If you have any dietary restrictions or want to learn more about the event, visit http://dishcrawl.com/miami/ and follow them on twitter @dishcrawlmiami
