Mondays suck, but SunFest has made this one a little more bearable by announcing the event’s 2016 lineup three days early. Originally planned to launch on Thursday, Feb. 25, the list of performers went live this morning. Maybe the fans just couldn’t wait.
The lineup, in layman’s terms, is fire. From headliners including Alabama Shakes, Megan Trainor and Duran Duran to cult favorites like Lunchmoney Lewis and Fireside Prophets, there is something to please the palate for virtually any taste in music. Oh yeah, and Steve Aoki will be there, too. Casual.
SunFest takes place April 27-May 1, which is smack-dab in the middle of #finalszn, but fret not! Not only is SunFest a quick hour-ish drive from Miami, but you can also choose to buy one-, two- or five-day tickets, so if your exam schedule is super packed, you can count it as a study break. I mean, a day trip to West Palm Beach to take a music, art and sun soaked study break is a lot better than procrastinating with Netflix, right?
Check out the photo for the full lineup. You can visit bit.ly/sfcollege 2016 for tickets and more information!
