Ok, so who doesn’t want to see a bunch of people naked? No, this isn’t one of those hippie gatherings where everyone’s tripping on LSD and running around in the nude. Instead, more than 200 participants are expected to body paint each other… naked!

For the first time ever, Social Exposure will present the MIAMI Naked Painting Party as part of the 2014 World Tour. The party will take place on Saturday, May 3 from 9 p.m. until 4 a.m. at the LMNT Gallery in Wynwood. This is a 21+ event.

Don’t expect to just show up, sit around and watch others. The goal is to bring out your inner Picasso and create a masterpiece! You are the artist and a stranger is your canvas. Everyone is expected to participate.

Now, you don’t have to be completely naked in order to participate. Full nudity is never required however, guests are encouraged to participate as much as possible.

So, how does it work? You should bring clothes you don’t care about, get as nude as you’re comfortable with, pick up a brush, find a stranger, and let the mess begin! Oh, and remember to cover up the seats in your car because by the time you leave, you’ll be completely covered in paint!

If you need a little “liquid courage” don’t worry. Tickets are $30 and include complimentary cocktails, glow in the dark paint, professional body artists, and music by Rambunktious Records. Having already had successful events in New York City and the Mexican Riviera, Miami will be the third stop on The Naked Painting Party 2014 tour. The concept originated in 2010 in the Lower East Side of New York City in the hopes of brining a more tribal, ritualistic experience to the New York nightlife scene. Hundreds of guests gather each year to collectively body paint each other in the nude.

The founder of Social Exposure, Sally Golan, said, “I’m excited about brining the party to Miami. It’s such a sexy city. The weather is always perfect and the people here love their bodies. It will be magic!”

Don’t miss out on this underground cultural phenomenon. This is one of the ONLY events in the world that is solely interactive and collaborative. If you do attend the event, be sure to buy your tickets in advance and follow these guidelines.

And remember: Your body is beautiful! And so is everyone else’s.
