So it’s finals season. Papers, projects, and exams may be stressing you out. Don’t worry I got a few tips for you to still live your best life during this rough season.
Finals Playlist:
Go To the Gym
One way that I relieve stress is by going to the gym. Whether you are running on the treadmill or pumping iron, going to the gym can take your mind off your work for a little bit of time.
Listen to your favorite tunes and get lost in exercise, not only is it good for your heart but also your mind.
Take a Walk
Richter stressing you out? Take a walk around campus. Not only will you get in a mini-workout but you will be able to clear your mind and get back to grinding.
Eat. But Make it Healthy.
It might be tempting to go for the burger or the no-yes fries at the Rat but those foods will make you sluggish and a little sleepy.
Getting a ginger shot, my favorite is from Pura Vida, and kombucha will help you feel energized and ready to take on the next task.
Hang Out With Friends
Having lunch with friends is an a definite boost to your mental health. Sometimes just being around other people can help with your outlook of life and they are your friends so you will naturally be encouraged by them and stay motivated.
Breathe
Whether you meditate, pray, or watch netflix. Taking time to breathe and reflect on the day is important for your mental health and can help you make better decisions for the next.
Listen to Tunes
A good playlist can save your life. We the writers have made a playlist just for you to relax this finals season. Good luck on finals you got this!
