While we think we will skip the blood facial a la Kardashian (EWWWW…never), we will be heading over to the Ritz-Carlton (ummm hell yes), Bliss South Beach at the W Hotel, and a place close to our hearts (or should we say wallets)—the Biltmore Spa. Drop by the Ritz-Carlton South Beach Spa for a hot and cold stone massage or The Miami Misting for that healthy swimsuit glow. And our personal fav the Healing Hands, Sexy Feet which starts with champagne and ends with an exclusive color reading (and more champagne). You can also go for the Carita Le Renovateur Body Polish (it even sounds expensive) where your body is exfoliated with sunflower seeds grown in France and marinated in a secret serum. Ooh la la.
If you’re vowing to make Summer 2013 your sexiest one yet, head to the Standard Spa for the Inside Out. Begin your treatment with a one on one sesh of Pilates to tighten that booty, get your Om on with yoga, or boot camp your butt into shape with some good old personal training. Afterward you are rewarded with a dip in the mud lounge.
Crazy for coconut? Visit the nearby Elemis Spa at Merrick Park for their Coconut Rub & Milk Wrap Ritual.
