Scrambled Egg Whites
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- Coconut Milk
- Salt & pepper
- Shredded cheese
- A fork
- A mug
Steps:
- Beat 2 egg whites, a splash of almond milk, salt and pepper in the mug until it is blended.
- Microwave on high for 45 seconds. Stir.
- Microwave 30-45 seconds longer until eggs are set.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Enjoy!
Baked Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of quick cooking oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 egg
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ⅓ of a banana, mashed
- ¼ tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- A fork
- A mug
Steps:
- Add oasts, flax, egg and coconut milk in a mug.
- Stir well with a fork.
- Add banana, cinnamon and honey.
- Stir again until combined.
- Cook in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir again.
- Enjoy!
Cheese Omelette
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Water
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
- A mug
- A fork
- A plate
- Plastic wrap
Steps:
- Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in the mug until mixed.
- Microwave butter until melted (about 45 seconds).
- Pour the melted butter on the plate, coating the plate evenly.
- Pour egg mixture onto the plate.
- Cover the plate with plastic wrap.
- Microwave the omelette for 3 ½ minutes. Do not stir.
- When no liquid egg remains and the omelette thickens, take plastic wrap off.
- Put shredded cheese on one half of the omelette.
- Fold omelette in half.
- Enjoy!
Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients:
- Butter
- White sugar
- Dark brown sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Salt
- 1 egg yolk
- All-purpose flour
- Chocolate chips
- A mug
- A fork
Steps:
- Microwave 1 tbsp of butter in the mug to melt it.
- Add 1 tbsp white sugar, 3 drops of vanilla extract and 1 pinch of salt. Stir.
- Separate the egg and add the yolk to the mug. Stir.
- Add ¼ cup of all-purpose flour. Stir.
- Add chocolate chips. Stir (It should look like cookie dough now).
- Microwave for 50 seconds.
- Enjoy!
