Have a Spanish final coming up? Brush up your listening skills with UM’s very own Entérate TV! Entérate TV is the only entertainment show narrated in Spanish at UMTV, University of Miami’s Emmy Award-winning, student-run cable TV station.
Entérate TV talks about the world of entertainment and gossip, allowing you to find out the latest news of your favorite artists and the entertainment world. They also bring the latest news on different cultural trends, fashion trends and much more.
The show was created by Alessandra Angelini, a student at UM who is the executive producer of the show and also a reporter for UNIMIAMI, the only Spanish news station at UMTV. The show was recorded on Fridays this past semester, although the schedule may vary next semester.
The show is hosted by Etefany Oliveira De Sousa and Angelini, along with Daniela Longo, Dome Leone and Claudia Spadaro, in addition to other reporters in the School of Communication. Entérate TV is edited and produced by Alex Rodriguez, UMTV’s Broadcast Operations Manager.
