Couch Diet

Fall break has past and with it comes the slump of a Monday back to reality. Some have exams, while some just need to catch up and get those ‘fall break’ assignments done.

If you have any downtime this week, we encourage you to throw some comfy clothes on, find that perfect spot on the couch, and hold down the fort while you recover on being back. 

We all know that the when you’re on the couch, you can easily get sucked into a little bit of a time hole. It’s almost too easy to spend an entire day just kicking back and relaxing. However, a break is always necessary, and surely some of these things can ease your stress from the seemingly 24/7 school grind.

To feed your appetite during your break time, we have the perfect suggestion for you. A nice tall glass of cereal, preferably with a handle. A tall glass mug makes for a perfect vessel for your favorite cereals. Compared to your standard cereal bowl, it provides mobility like no other. From kitchen, to couch, to other parts of the house, all you need is one hand!

Worries about spillage have also dramatically decreased, as milk would less likely spill out of a cup then a larger mouthed bowl. Our favorite part: you get to drink all that deliciously flavored cereal milk when you’re done eating. My personal favorite cereal
