Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H Foundation $44.00
This extremely lightweight foundation was practically made for warm weather. It’s Lancome’s first 24-hour wear foundation, and as a user of it myself this stuff does not come off! With just one pump you can swipe it on like a moisturizer and it dries instantly to leave you with a matte finish. It’s also oil-free, which is one of the most important aspects of a foundation when hit with a heat wave. Who wants to see their reflection in their forehead? Not me.
Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturizer with SPF $7.99
I’m all about the tan-look but it is so important to protect your face from the blazing sun. Neotrogena’s oil-free moisture with SPF 35 is perfect to wear during the day and protect your skin. It’s sheer, absorbs quickly and is a great moisturizer to wear under primer and foundation. The best part– it’s 7.99 and you can get in at your local convenience store.
What better bronzer than one named after a staple vacation activity? Hoola Bronzer has been a product I have used for years, and after trying tons of tons of bronzers out there, Hoola still remains the best. The powder is very soft and is perfect for an all over sun-kissed look, without looking orange. It’s best to layer the color. Start off with a small amount on your brush and gradually add more! It’s $28 but lasts a lifetime.
Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Lipstick $32.50
As a loyal Mac girl when it comes to lips, it was really hard for me to part with the brand and try something new, but this lipstick is amazing for warm weather! It is hydrating and sheer, so it gives you a little color without having to worry about smudging and running. My favorite is 54 BOY. It’s the perfect pouty pink with a little bit of shine, and feels like a mix between a lipstick and a non-sticky gloss.
fresh. Brown Sugar Body Polish $65.00
This is the best exfoliator when you need to wipe your skin of all the excess SPF and lotions we lather up with. It’s gentle and moisturizing, and is made with natural ingredients and fresh brown sugar. The best part? Your skin smells like a sweet brown sugar dessert when you’re done.
Alterna Bamboo Color Care UV+ Fade-Proof Fluide $24.00
This leave-in formula was made for protecting color-treated hair in the sun. It’s made with Bamboo extract, locking in your color so when you go in the sun it doesn’t fade. Not to mention it actually enhances your color and shine. What better product than one that’s essentially SPF for your hair? Alterna also has a line of Shampoos and Conditioners that provide extra protection!
