Spring break, you say? What is that? OH, only the best time of the year. Come Friday, we’re all off to our grandiose destinations for the week praised by college students everywhere, thy break of the spring season. We don’t know about you guys, but this is coming at the opportune time. Our skin looks a little rugged from these late nights in Richter, and we could use a little refresher. Now, what ever shall you pack for those fantastic days by the beach/pool? Well this is all depending on where you might be off to, and rumor has it, we’ve got all the sartorial sounds of UM’s hottest spring break destinations, so read on.
Okay, honey bees, first up is Key West. Word’s out that this is the closest yet best-bet-for-a-good-time spring break calling, and we’re all for it. Since you can get away with a more casual get-up in the keys, we opted for this rad vintage tie-die tunic, phenomenal strapless bow-laiden onsie and, der, the subtle splash of arm party neon. Sha-bam.
Tie-dye tunic, vintage, Vintage Mavens, $32. Sunnies, Ray-Ban, Net-a-Porter, $145. Cut-out onsie, Diva, Nasty Gal, $235. Sandals, Dolce Vita, Need Supply Co, $69. Chain bracelet, Holbrooke, $100.
Next up is the pa-pa-party boat to Mexico. This year’s Punta Cana is Mexico’s Puerto Vallarta, and we’ve got all your beachy essentials covered. Get minimal tanlines with this glorious Zimmermann printed bandeau bikini and show it off with a mesh tank. Mix those prints with El Cortez highwaisted shorts–which you know you’ll wear a bagillion more times. Finally, let the creeps know you’re preoccupied with ze tanning and lounge on this graphic, perfectly spring break appropriate XL lay down.
Towel, rirkrit tiravanija, Opening Ceremony, $95. Tote, Kate Spade, $18. Highwaisted shorts, Free People, $78. Bandeau bikini, Zimmerman, Net-a-Porter, $245. Mesh tank, Nasty Gal, $38.
Finally, for the finale. VEGAS!!! This year marks a pop-you-lar time for the canes to sport around in the hangover-ridden city of Las Vegas. While we’re not sure exactly how the weather will pan out this weekend, we’re going to be the cheery team that we are and plan for the sunshine so we can kick it at one of those crazy Vegas pool parties. Now, for the hotness. A stellar Mara Hoffman romper let’s you feel like the coolest chica around while this sexy fringe number we’ll get the heads-a-turnin’ as soon as you slip the former piece on down to your ankles. But remember, keep it cool and casual, you are repping Miami. Rock these classic Ray-Ban aviators and a chunky bangle to finish off the look, and we’re pretty confident that you won’t disappoint.
Fringe swimsuit, L Space, Urban Outfitters, $140. Aviator sunnies, Ray-Ban, Need Supply Co, $145. Studded bangle, Nasty Gal, $25. Stacked heel sandal, Vince Camuto, Nordstrom, $118. Romper, Mara Hoffman, Net-a-Porter, $195.
