We thought the best things out of France were chocolate croissants—desert for breakfast=genius—and Christian Dior until we found junior Oliver Kadji. He may be focusing on a major in industrial engineering, but we foresee a fashionable future for Olivier, as he models a far-reaching style that many attempt but never perfect with such ease: refined downtown sophistication. Olivier wears classic black frames, a simple gray tee, khaki chinos and undoubtedly cool kicks. We praised his hip take on classic accessories: two-toned sneakers from All Saints—from Miami’s own Lincoln Rd. location—and a classic-faced Nixon watch. His unpretentious style is complete with a canvas knapsack, a part of European style that Olivier claims “inevitably develops when you live abroad.” Thanks to this classically cool fashionisto, we have a new reason to embrace La Ville-Lumière.
