Elaine Lu, a sophomore from Beijing, China studying Advertising and Economics, could not have been cuter. Her red-tinted hair falling casually at her shoulders and those velour mocassin booties were enough to win us over, but she proved us even more right when we saw the dainty details of the rest of her look. The floral bow attached to her shirt and the jeweled belt on her adorable shorts proves you can get creative with accessories without even having to buy a second piece, and it looks the opposite of cheeseball. As Lu hopped away, we smiled, hopeful of the future of two-in-one fabulousness.
